  • Approve a drafted rollback from the incident thread in Slack. A human still runs it, Ember just cuts the tab-switching.
  • Ember now posts the ranked cause and fix into the channel where the incident already lives.
  • Postmortems export to Confluence and Notion with the timeline attached.
