We are Pre-Seed and building full time. Every engineer ships to real on-call users, not a staging environment. You will see your work handle production incidents within days of merging.
Hard AI, not a chatbot wrapper
Reasoning over messy telemetry under time pressure is a genuinely difficult problem. We are building the model routing, grounding pipeline and evidence engine from the ground up.
The users have real stakes
SREs and platform engineers use Ember during SEV1s at 2am. The feedback loop is tight and unambiguous. A wrong ranked cause costs real MTTR and we feel it.

We default to writing things down. Synchronous time exists when it is the right tool, not because of a recurring calendar entry.
Unlimited PTO, actually enforced
Minimum two weeks per year, tracked. Engineering work needs recovery time and we take that seriously.
Direct access to the founders
Elliot and Nadia are active engineers and PMs. You work with them directly, not through layers.
